Technical Support
We will always aim to give and assist you with our technical support subject to terms and conditions of appliance registration of the manufacturer guarantee. Call out charges will apply.
Delivery
We will charge for delivery at best possible price, depending on the distance and items size and weight.
Returns
We will always aim to solve in the best interest and outcome the returns of goods bought from us, but only in line with requirements of manufacturers guarantees of the particular item. However if goods bought are not registered with requirements of manufacturer to activate those guarantees, we reserve the right to refuse refund subject to manufacturer guarantee, inspection and recommendation. For any appliance out of manufacturer guarantee, we can offer repair at a cost subject to availability and a callout charge will always apply. Goods out of manufacturer guarantee will not be refunded. Liability in respect of all goods supplied by Company shall be limited to any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of those goods.
